Titan’s precast concrete hollowcore units are currently manufactured to three standard depths to ensure that the vast majority of construction applications, whether residential, commercial or industrial are catered for. The slab types available are 150mm sound, 200m and 250mm deep. Our capability also extends to the development of units up to 400mm deep.

Fully compliant with all the relevant UK & Irish building regulations, our product range is suitable for most methods of construction and can be adapted to be composite or tied to both supporting or supported elements.

Titan can also manufacture normally reinforced precast concrete products such as stairs and landings, on a made to order basis. In addition, our team of experienced joiners and steel fixers provide us with the expertise and knowledge necessary to push the boundaries of manufacturing, and we are committed to a continuous programme of product development and diversification to ensure that we meet the more bespoke product requirements of our customers.
